The Police Force and Police Authority have produced a Three Year Strategic Plan (2010/13) and Annual Local Policing Plan for 2010/11. The plan reflects both national and local priorities and is refreshed annually to ensure that the Force’s operational objectives remain consistent with national and locally defined policing needs.
